Biography

Dick Abbott and his company, InBuildingRadio, provides In-Building Public Safety RF Design and Testing services for System Integrators and Design/Build contractors.

InBuildingRadio has supported the Distributed Antenna System design of the Crenshaw and Regional Los Angeles Metro stations and tunnels and the Seattle Sound Transit Northgate Garage facilities.

InBuildingRadio also developed the designs for numerous mixed development locations, courthouses, office buildings and condominiums in the greater Los Angeles metro area.

Dick Abbott was significant contributor to the current FCC rules regarding the use of public safety signal boosters.
