Debra Mercier

Debra Mercier is Vice President of Business Development for Wireless Concepts International, a leading provider of innovative wireless engineering services and solutions, including custom scalable in-building systems. Mercier leads the company’s business development team in providing unmatched support for wireless carriers, partners and enterprise direct customers deploying iDAS, first responder/public safety, Wi-Fi and small cell systems.

Mercier has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience, growing teams and companies and building and executing long-term business strategies that lead to company growth and customer satisfaction. She recently was elected Vice President of the board of the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF) for a two-year term. Mercier credits her success to the mentorship she has received from others throughout her career and she strives to pay it forward to the industry and women in wireless by sharing her experiences and supporting the future growth of professionals in the wireless industry.
