Andrés Matzkin

With over 20 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, Andrés has successfully contributed in various roles at Verizon in the areas of Wireless Site Development and siting, Land Use, and Community Outreach. Currently, he is the leader of the Verizon Wireless Community Outreach Team for all of Southern California. Andrés spearheaded the development of over 5000 cell sites and managed a cumulative capital budget of over one billion dollars. Prior to joining Verizon, Andrés held numerous roles including Project Director and Principal across a number of industries including health care, telecommunications, and finance. As a trained Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Scrum Master, Andrés’ educational credentials include a BA in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
